How to add images and/or logos in Offer Letter Templates

Resolution:

• A logo token is available to populate the default logo of the company.
• Images should be hosted in the same data-center of the client so there are no browser warning pop ups. 
• If you want to resize the image, you can double click above the image and use Widht and Height field.
• "Letterhead" functionality is currently not supported. This means margins cannot be adjusted, page number presence and formatting cannot be adjusted, images cannot be inserted behind the offer letter text, etc.
• Your logo can be hosted in SFTP Server and the URL link added to the Offer Letter Template. 

1. Click the Source on the right most button of the Editor.
2. Paste the URL like this example code: <p><img src="URL" /></p>
3. Click Save Template.

Note: Please note that there is no option to centre align images in the offer letter template

To get images and/or logos hosted on SFTP server you would need to contact SAP.
