The onboarding candidate password is locked. How to reset the external onboarding candidate password as an admin
Step 1: Navigate BizX > Admin Center
Step 2: Reset user password
Step 3: In the Find tab select External Users from Onboarding and/or Learning, if enabled
Step 4: Enter the user name of the Onboardee > click Search
Step 5: Click on the check box reset the password and Click Reset User Password
