Reset password for External Onboarding User

Description:

Onboarding candidate password is locked. How to reset the external onboarding candidate password as an admin.

 

Solution:

  1. Navigate BizX > Admin Center
  2. Reset user password
  3. In the Find tab select External Users from Onboarding and/or Learning, if enabled
  4. Enter the user name of the Onboardee > click Search 
  5. Click on the check box reset the password and Click Reset User Password
