Support Process: Team Lead verification before incident closure

After confirmation from client regarding the issue resolution, the assigned consultant must set the incident to 'Resolved' and assign it to the Team Lead for verification before closure.


Team Leads can use the following checklist in a private note before setting the incident to 'Closed'.
