Query: We are busy with an audit and need to know how many unique Personally Identifiable Info (PII) records are stored in S Buys Academy’s Litmos DB. It’s part of a PIA exercise.
Resolution:
1. Login to Lotmos as administrator
2. Access Reporting
3. Under quick reports, select > People
4. Download/Schedule this report
5. Click Run
