Query:
Business would like learners to be able to request classes in SuccessFactors, however, during testing they were unable to find the "Request a Class" button.
According to them, this option was previously available on the My Learning page.
Resolution:
For employees to be able to see the request class button, please make sure of the following:
1. The item type is instructor-led.
2. In the item details, make sure that the class request button is enabled:
3. When the user searches the library, they need to click on the item to view item detials. They should be able to request class:
